A Lifelong Learner…

Vipin Inspires ETASHA Trainees…

Vipin Sahu joined Etasha in 2008 when he was in class 12. He got to know about ETASHA through his ‘CHACHA’ and considered it to be a good opportunity and found the fee very reasonable as well. ‘”Main government school se tha aur english bilkul aati nahi thi.’ says Vipin softly.

He studied under the CSWC program, which includes Computer applications but according to him his journey here was not limited only to learning computers. This organisation enhanced his personality, fluency in English and much more.

Pehle toh main apne dosto ke saamne bhi nahi bolta tha AUR ab dekho 50 anjaan logo ke saamne apna experience share kar raha hoon.” he says very proudly during a recent Alumini Meet, where past trainees come to share their experiences and inspire current trainees with their success stories.

His first salary was Rs. 7,000/- and the last salary drawn by him was approximately Rs.19,000/-. His total work experience is now close to five years starting with an E-commerce company, graduating to working with Vodafone as an HR. When asked about his current assignment he said ”Waiting for my final semester result of MBA which I am going to specialize in HR, also I do graphic designing sometimes which I learned while at ETASHA.”

His eyes brighten up and there is a wide smile on his face when he talks about his future plans.

”I think I have gained enough experience in the past 5 years and after my result I want to be a HR manager so that I can grow and learn and explore more. Salary is not my concern at all, my priority has always been to grab and grow as much as I can, I believe that it is always most important to be a good learner, it is surely the most vital part of anyone’s life. Hamesha seekho, Ruko matt, seekho bass, KUCH BHI SEEKHO KAAM AAYEGA.”

After meeting this enthusiastic learner I have come to the conclusion that if money is the sole barrier between you and your dreams it’s time you wake up! Life is too short, so make the most of it always. Vipin changed massively after joining ETASHA not only as an employee, but most importantly as a human being. A person who hardly had friends and who hardly spoke can communicate with anyone now. From being an introvert to an extrovert, from being shy to being a public speaker, from giving his 12th boards to recruiting people for jobs, from having no knowledge to having full experience and being satisfied, Vipin has accomplished a lot.

He has been his own teacher throughout this life, and now his self confidence is at its peak!!

”Time will change everything, just give it time” is the most appropriate quote which fits his situation.

A famous dialogue from the movie Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani which says ” Main udhna chahta hoon, dorna chahta hoon, girna bhi chahta hoon, bass RUKNA nahi chahta hoon” is exactly what Vipin has implemented throughout his career.

Most definitely, A KEEN LEARNER!

  1. Ishita very well written……the lines from the movie are so apt for Vipin! We are indeed proud of him as he practices what he learnt at ETASHA!!
